  1. Yay! I am still trying to catch up… am now on episode 7 so nearly there! I love to listen while I’m doing less intense cardio – you’re perfect for the cross trainer and the stepper. I still need tunes for running though.

    I’m sorry to stick in random irrelevant questions, but it didn’t really seem to justify an email: where do you get almond butter in the UK? I’d love to try it – hate peanuts, think it’d be a great way to get more protein in some meals – but haven’t found it anywhere, even in health-food shops.
