Yay! I am still trying to catch up... am now on episode 7 so nearly there! I love to listen while I'm doing less intense cardio - you're perfect for the cross trainer and the stepper. I still need tunes for running though.
I'm sorry to stick in random irrelevant questions, but it didn't really seem to justify an email: where do you get almond butter in the UK? I'd love to try it - hate peanuts, think it'd be a great way to get more protein in some meals - but haven't found it anywhere, even in health-food shops.
Look forward to listening to episode 10!

No worries at all SoupDragon! :) I get my AB from Holland & Barrett. The only brands I've found in the UK are Biona or Meridian. You can get it online from Goodness Direct - http://www.goodnessdirect.co.uk/cgi-local/frameset/sect/FSNB_Nut_Butters.html
(thanks heaps for listening to too :)

Great episode! (Listened while running in Central Park in the rain.) ~45 mins is a good length, I think.

just going to listen now - need some of this good stuff today! I'm looking forward to your thoughts on keeping your weight issues from your kids as it's something I am extremely aware of and very careful about. :)

Just wanted to let you know that I got together with a group of bloggers in the U.S. and started a lard-busting blog site, and another blogger in Canada who also has a lard-busting blog site mailed your book to me, "The Amazing Adventures of Diet Girl." I really enjoyed your humor. I admit that I had tears streaming down my cheeks from laughing over some of your scenes and comments. I'm sure I burned a few calories from all that laughing and crying. Thanks.
