  6. Looking forward to the podcast! I’d grab it on my phone, but I’m a bit worried about maxing out my limit. We’re in “just moved and BT can’t be arsed to get anything sorted in a reasonable amount of time” land, at the moment… though the broadband is supposedly going to be up and working tomorrow… fingers crossed!

  8. Love the podcast Shauna! You do a great job and I especially liked what you said about writing down the food. I need to lose 20 also and can fool myself if I do not keep track on paper.

  9. Another great podcast, thanks. After an achilles heel problem in September which meant I missed my first 10k run, I now have a broken arm, so I’m depending on you 2 to keep me motivated! I also need to log my food in order to lose, it’s so depressing.
